Who We Are

Danielle Butler is the Founder and President of Butler Unlimited, Management Consulting Services. Danielle has spent the last ten years working with national level organizations to develop, implement and sustain quality programs, support new initiatives and develop processes to take maximum advantage of staff competencies.

While she was at America’s Promise Alliance, Danielle designed and implemented an annual community recognition competition called “The 100 Best Communities for Young People”. She ran three successful competition cycles engaging several hundred communities in the application process and earning over 40 million media impressions. Over her tenure there she also planned and executed three national conferences engaging 500-750 people each year in networking and best practice sharing. Danielle also led the national youth leadership team for America’s Promise and performed all of the necessary training and facilitation to build the leadership skills of this group of high school and college-aged national leaders, implemented two national level youth engagement programs, provided assistance and support to communities working on increasing collaboration and focusing efforts on a holistic approach to resource provision in their communities.

She has a Bachelors of Science in Government and her Masters in Public Administration from Cornell University. She is a member of the American Management Association and the National Association for Professional Women.
