Project Design and Implementation includes concept development, project implementation, program management, technical assistance
Concept Development includes creative idea generation through meetings with stakeholders to ensure that content will meet organization’s stated goals and objectives. Assessments will take place through in-person and phone interviews, small focus groups and meetings with agreed upon group of organizational representatives. We also offer services to take already existing ideas to the next level -- offering realistic suggestions for implementation and timeline for completion.
Example: A funder has approached your organization and is interested in starting a new program to meet their specific business needs. Your organization does not have experience in this area and needs help generating the next steps to give this plan an opportunity to succeed. We can help.
Project Implementation services will assist your organization or business in bringing an idea or concept to life and creating a sustainable plan for ongoing management. We will develop an implementation plan that may include timeline generation, streamlining your available staff to create efficiencies of work responsibilities, identification of evidence based practices available for inclusion and/or suggestions for creating programs that are able to be evaluated.
Example: Your organization has an idea that’s been fleshed out on paper and has secured funding. Now the challenge is to take the concept from paper planning to implementation—taking into account your staff, resources and the economic reality. We can help.
Program Management services will help ensure funder satisfaction and sustain your organization’s efforts utilizing technical solutions that make the most sense for your specific needs. We can provide administrative and technical oversight to projects where necessary. Our program management services may include development/execution of communications plan, timeline development and review, training and technical assistance to staff and outside constituents as necessary. Projects could include specifically funded opportunities, staff development, training or meeting facilitation.
Example: You have implemented a successful project and now need help with the ongoing management to ensure you meet all of your responsibilities and garner the attention that your project deserves. We can help.
Technical assistance may include the delivery of training and creation of resource materials with regard to a specific topic area to maximize learning and outreach opportunities. Topic areas may include: community development; youth leadership programming; service learning; career exploration; national recognition programs; staff and organization culture development; community based outreach and correspondence; utilizing national level organizations and their available resources.
Example: Your organization is looking for someone who has experience in a particular service area to answer questions, provide training or speak to your staff or affiliates. We can help.
